Terms of Engagement
1. Confidentiality
All business information shared during consultation and project execution will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to the custom software, designs, and assets created for the client are transferred to the client.
3. Scope
Work will be performed strictly according to the approved project scope and proposal. Any changes to scope will be documented, costed, and approved in writing before implementation.
4. Timeline
Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope and assume timely provision of required materials, feedback, and payments from the client. Delays in client deliverables may extend the timeline.
5. Payment
All payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule. Significant delays in payment may result in project pauses.
6. Warranty
All systems are delivered with a 6-month warranty period during which bugs and defects are fixed at no additional cost. This does not cover issues caused by unauthorised modifications or misuse.
7. Liability
Bendless Tech will exercise professional care in all work. However, liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client pays for all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Data Protection
Bendless Tech complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and implements appropriate measures to protect client and end-user data.
Payment Terms
80% Upfront Payment: 80% of total investment due upon project commencement.
20% Upon Completion: 20% due upon project completion and final approval.
All payments in Nigerian Naira (₦). Payment via bank transfer, online transfer, or any agreed electronic method. Official receipt issued for every payment.
