How long does setup take?
Most hotels are taking real bookings within an hour. Bulk-add your rooms, set your prices, and you're live.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
You start with a 3-day free trial. Add a debit card via Paystack inside the dashboard to keep your subscription running past day three.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your data stays safe and intact. Paid features pause until you renew. We send reminders 3 days and 1 day before — you're never caught out.
How does the room maintenance window work?
After guest checkout time passes, the room moves into a 1-hour maintenance state so housekeeping can prepare it. The room becomes available automatically — no manual flips.
Can I change my check-in and check-out times?
Yes. Each hotel sets its own default check-in and check-out times from Settings. The booking flow and room status sync use those times.
Do hotel signups need approval?
By default, yes — new applications go into review so we can keep the network trustworthy. You receive email updates from our setup address when your application is approved or declined.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade in one click; we prorate the difference. Downgrade at the end of your billing cycle.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Payments run through Paystack. Hotel data is isolated per tenant and only accessible to authorized staff for that hotel.
