BendlessTech policy

Terms and Conditions

The working rules that protect your project, our team and the quality of the final digital system.

01

Scope controls the project

The agreed proposal, invoice, statement of work, written WhatsApp confirmation, email or payment description defines the project scope. Any feature, page, integration, content, migration, automation or support request not stated in the agreed scope may require a separate quote.

02

Professional judgment

BendlessTech may make reasonable technical, design, security, SEO and workflow decisions required to deliver a stable and commercially useful result. Client preferences are welcome, but final implementation must remain technically sound and brand-appropriate.

03

Content, access and approvals

The client is responsible for providing accurate content, images, business details, product data, credentials, approvals and legal permissions. BendlessTech is not liable for delays, errors or claims caused by incomplete, late, inaccurate or unauthorised client materials.

04

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are handled within the agreed project phase and scope. Revisions that alter the original direction, add new features, require completed work to be rebuilt or arise after approval may be treated as change requests.

05

Ownership and licence

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership or an appropriate licence to the final custom deliverables created specifically for the client, except BendlessTech pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, reusable components, templates, processes and know-how, which remain BendlessTech property.

06

Portfolio and credit

Unless confidentiality is agreed in writing, BendlessTech may reference completed work, business name, screenshots, public results and non-sensitive project summaries in its portfolio, case studies, proposals and marketing.

07

No guaranteed rankings or revenue

We build professionally and strategically, but search rankings, sales, bookings, revenue, ad performance, approvals and platform decisions depend on many factors outside BendlessTech control. We do not guarantee a specific ranking, revenue figure or platform outcome unless expressly agreed in writing.

08

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BendlessTech liability for a project is limited to the amount actually paid to BendlessTech for the affected service. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost data, business interruption, platform downtime or third-party failure.

Built for clear commitments.

These terms are designed to keep projects decisive, fair and commercially serious from first payment to launch.
